We are writing to confirm our arrangements should the school be forced to close tomorrow due to weather conditions. Any decision to close would be taken only if it is not safe to open the school, for example due to hazardous travel conditions, unsafe access to the school site, or insufficient staffing to operate safely.
At this stage, no decision has been made, and we will continue to monitor conditions closely. A final decision will be made early tomorrow morning following local checks.
If the school is required to close, our arrangements for informing you are as follows:

A decision will be made by 7.20 am, to avoid children travelling to school and then having to return home.
How:
Parents and carers will be notified via text message and an update on the latest news section of the school website which can be found on the home page.
