Year 6/7 transition

Your parents/carers will apply for your secondary school place in October though the Birmingham City Council website. You will find out at the start of March what school you have been offered.

If you are Catholic, please provide a copy of your Baptismal certificate to Holy Trinity before the October deadline.

At the start of July, you will be invited to Holy Trinity for a transition day when you will meet your Form Tutor, Head of Year and other key members of staff. 

You will experience a day at Holy Trinity and at the end of the day, your parents will be invited to school to complete paperwork, buy uniform and hear from the Headteacher.
