Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to share that Mrs Jo Daw has been appointed as the substantive Headteacher of Holy Trinity Catholic School with effect from 1 April 2026.
Mrs Daw is already a familiar and trusted leader within our school community, having served as Deputy Headteacher for many years and as Interim Headteacher since 1 January 2026.
During her time in these roles, she has supported staff, built strong relationships with pupils and families and contributed significantly to the positive learning experiences and achievements of our children.
Her appointment follows a thorough and rigorous selection process. She was chosen for her clarity of vision, deep understanding of the school, commitment to educational excellence and values-led approach to leadership.
As Headteacher, Mrs Daw will continue to work closely with you to ensure that Holy Trinity Catholic School remains a place where aspirations are nurtured, every child is loved and encouraged and each child can flourish as the unique individual they were created to be.
