Year 7 completed their two week transition into secondary school with a wonderful retreat to Harvington Hall last week. Their transition has involved social stories, behaviour and homework induction, a data and assessment induction, a talk through how lessons are taught at Holy Trinity, anti bullying workshops, hymn practices, food challenges, a spelling bee, an Art session, a team building construction challenge, a Maths relay, a theatre company delivering a session about screen time and social media, an introduction to our library, a session looking at how to use the canteen and a final session about the importance of a good diet and not bottling up problems…. and more! All in all, pretty much every aspect of school life. And they were absolutely fantastic. We have all been so impressed with you so far Year 7. Keep it up!
